How to adapt screen printing technology to the processing of flexible substrates in wearable electronic devices?

Adapting screen printing to flexible substrates requires improvements in three aspects. First, select flexible inks with good elongation and bending resistance, such as polyurethane-based conductive inks, to ensure the printed patterns do not crack or peel after repeated bending. Second, use flexible screens (such as polyester screens) that can fit the curved surface of the substrate, and adopt soft scraper materials to avoid damaging the flexible substrate.
